Jackman

A new offering this season from Jackman, the Sweat Cardigan is made with a French terry fabric knitted using an airspun organic cotton for the front yarn and COOLMAX Eco Tetron cotton yarn for the back yarn. This material is a fusion of the past and present: it has a vintage look and feel, yet is made from sustainable raw materials. Quick-drying and highly breathable COOLMAX yarn is used in anticipation of warm fall weather. Bio-washing of the pigment-dyed material gives it a classic finish. The design is based on the Baseball sweater cardigan that was popular in the United States in the early 1900s, and features a slightly longer length, slightly thicker sleeves, snap buttons and low-positioned pockets with the backing made of sleek material to increase its strength. The front is designed with a three-dimensional pattern that is less open, and the silhouette naturally follows the body.
